Urbem Projects LLC was founded by Sergio Sanchez and Maria De Sanctis — a husband-and-wife team combining over 30 years of experience in engineering, architecture, and construction.
Together, they built Urbem Projects on a simple principle: every client deserves a contractor they can trust — one who shows up, communicates clearly, and delivers what was promised.

Sergio Sanchez
Co-Founder | Mechanical Engineer & Licensed General Contractor
With 20 years of experience in construction and engineering, Sergio has led large-scale projects in Venezuela and worked with a prominent New York City restoration firm. As a licensed General Contractor, he oversees every phase of every project — from permits to final walkthrough.
Maria De Sanctis
Co-Founder | Architectural & Interior Designer
Maria holds a degree in architecture and has 12 years of experience in architectural and interior design, including collaborations with established Westchester architecture firms. She brings design vision and aesthetic precision to every project — from concept to final detail.
